Lawsuit to the tax tribunal for the elders of Lublin and the elders of the Lublin lands concerning the excessive poll tax levied on the Jews from Głusk

Stefan Gałęzowski from Targowisko, a son of the castellan of Lublin, and his wife Marianna Gałęzowską nee Szaniawska, as the landlords of Głusk, together with the Jews of Głusk, sue the elders of Lublin: Abraam Chaimowicz, Manela Froim and Rabbi Abuś as well as the elders of the Lublin province i.e. the rabbis from Opole, Zwoleń, Kazimierz Dolny, Kurów and Marek from Bełżyce to the tax tribunal in Radom for the fact that not taking into account the ruin and fire in Głusko they adopted in the tariff excessive rate of the poll tax for the local Jews.
